Level Up! Art Mail Club

Mail Clubs are monthly packages that are sent out in regular ol’ snail mail, as a sort of “pen pal” sort of experience! Just like getting Christmas cards from Grandma, mail clubs are meant as something to look forward to - while I will always announce the theme and showcase goodies for that month, there's always a surprise or two I never post online until letters have been sent out!

Each month’s theme is cut off on the 15th of that month, and I will send out letters shortly after the 15th. (International letters will be sent out roughly the first week of the month to get a head start on their journey!)

Subscriptions are renewed on the same day you sign up, so, for example:

• Sign up - April 6th (First package will be April's bundle, subscription renewed on May 6th)
• Sign up - April 22 (first package will be May's bundle, subscription renewed May 22)

If you sign up or cancel ON the 15th, you will still get that month's package as either your first or last bundle!

My mail club is based on the the west coast, and all domestic orders should arrive by 1-2 weeks. Travel times may be longer due to bad weather, holidays, USPS strikes, etc. International orders may take longer, depending on location.

My goal for each Level Up! package is for you to use or recycle every piece after you're done enjoying it, so that it doesn't pile up as "junk". Every print doubles as a postcard, so you can keep it on your wall or send it off to someone else! Other paper activities can be recycled, and I highly encourage you give stickers away you may not be interested in. Use your new goodies in scrapbooking or junk journaling!

Yes! I am working on a way to have members vote (since this is not set up on a place like Patreon or Kofi, I have to do some research, but may include a QR code in upcoming letters!)

Yes! If there are leftovers, they will be listed as products in limited supplies. Depending on inventory, I will also have leftover prints/stickers/etc as separate items. Postcards and stickers are not made to order, so I only order a bulk order of how many subscriptions I have that month + extra for possible replacement letters

Nope! Shipping is included in the price. Because this is technically a “product”, there may be tax depending on your location.

In order to provide bundles at an affordable price, the only way I can mail letters is to do it the old fashioned way - with a postage stamp on an envelope. In an Amazon Prime era where you can watch your package travel to you, this translates to NO TRACKING. Once I send the letters off, I have no control of what happens to them.

Your order will NOT be marked as “Shipped” until I drop them off!

Although rare, sometimes letters do get lost. I have no idea if your letter has gotten lost unless you tell me. If you haven’t received your letter by the 1st of the following month, please contact me at pixelpeony@gmail.com! If I have leftovers, I will send you a replacement or try to fix it otherwise
