NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
This store is based out of the US - as of February 2025, I am willing to continue to ship internationally. HOWEVER, I will not be paying any fees related to your shipment (VAT/Duties/etc), so that may be something you will have to pay for before you are able to get your package. Due to changing laws and policies, not every international purchase situation is the same. I'll try my best to get my products to you, but just know that some things may be out of my hands!
How long will it take to receive my order?
I aim to get orders out the door 1-3 days after purchase, unless I am out of town. If you have not recieved any update on your order after a week, please reach out to me! After that, delivery time depends on the final destination, so your order time will vary. International orders may take up to 4 weeks.
I need to cancel an order/change the address/I bought the wrong item!
No problem, please contact me ASAP and I can change the order, as long as I haven't mailed it (at that point, I can't change anything!)
What packaging materials do you use?
I strive to send out as much recyclable/resuable materials as I can - I get Mailers from Ecoenclose and use glassine bags for my prints, all which can be recycled. Bubble mailers to protect charms are also recyclable. Each charm comes in a drawstring bag for extra protection - while they can not be recycled, I hope you find a way to reuse them! I plan to explore other options for charms.

30 Day Refund Policy
You have 30 days (US)/60 days (International) from purchase to request a refund - please use the Contact Me form or email me at pixelpeony@gmail.com about your order. Please provide pictures to back up any claims of incorrect products sent or damaged products. I can provide either a replacement or a refund - if your product is out of stock, a refund will be provided.
!! STICKER/BOOKMARK ONLY ORDER DISCLAIMERS !!
In order to provide free shipping for stickers or bookmark only orders, your purchase is sent without tracking. This means you will get an email when I drop it off at the post office, but no other updates. It is sent in a snail mail envelope with a regular USPS stamp. You can purchase discounted tracking seperately here. My shop is located on the West Coast, so travel time varies (and is out of my control). I am not Amazon, so I can only tell you what day your package was physically dropped off at the post office. Sometimes mail will take a few days, sometimes a week or two. I suggest purchasing tracking if you want to watch your package travel to you!
As stated, you have 30 days (US)/60 Days (International) from purchase to contact me about a refund.
Please understand that once I drop off your package, I have no control of what happens to it. I cannot tell you any more information about where it is than what you know. You should be emailed a tracking number when I print your label - please follow up with your local USPS branch if you are in the United States if your tracking status doesn't change after it has shipped.
